Jane is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. She has been practicing law since 2001, and opened her own law firm in 2011.

After completing law school Jane began her career as an associate attorney in a small law firm located in Huntington New York that practiced bankruptcy, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. After spending three years at that position she took an associate attorney position at a boutique law firm in Garden City New York. There she represented clients in bankruptcy, real estate transactions and commercial litigation. The partner who she worked for at this position, is a chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. She has first and second chair trial experience in adversary proceedings that were tried in Bankruptcy court. She has also represented both creditors and debtors in various types of adversary proceedings that were litigated in bankruptcy court involving all different types of issues that arise in bankruptcy matters. She has filed scores of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions for clients seeking to reduce or eliminate their debts.
